The fabrics used in the ESD garments have a high surface resistivity in both the warp and the weft of 8 x 10⁷ ohm.  The charge decay to less than 10% (orig) in <0.01 sec. Fabric types include a densely woven non-linting barrier protection for use in a Clean Room, or a breathable fabric with the same ESD properties for non Clean Room environments. These fabrics are ideal for the Nanotechnology and Biotechnology industries.

The Clean Room facility at Park Avenue meets the TGA requirements of a grade B Clean (ISO (4) room and is formally qualified and certified to Class 350 (ISO7) Clean Room status (AS1807 and AS 1386). The clean room facility is also accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and our continual verification and testing means you can rely on Park Avenue to provide ultra-clean garment processing for use in a wide range of industries and technologies.

All processes used by Park Avenue Clean Room Services are validated to strict protocols. The garments processed in the Clean room Laundry meet category 1 of IEST –RP-CC003, the highest standard available.

We can tailor the laundering process to suit your needs wether you require a low bioburden wash or a high standard wash for ultra clean garments that require sterilisation. We have validated all or wash procedures to show no chemical residues and no cross contamination.

Park Avenue also offers you the flexibility to choose the garment type and fabric that suits your clean room application best. We can rent you suitable garments, launder your own garments or provide a combination of the two that suits your business. We will clean any suitable garments, regardless of where they are sourced.
